A) Before installation, please make sure the power switch is turned off. Hold the light bulb securely, insert light bulb 
screw base into the lamp socket and tighten it in clockwise direction.
B) Make sure the light bulb screw into the socket correctly. Turn the power switch on, and the light bulb should light up.
